PageControl
Page dots, as UIPageControl draws them; AppKit has no such class.

Overview
currentPage is zero-based and can be set later; onChange(page) runs
when a dot is clicked.

Platform notes
- AppKit composes SF Symbol dots. UIKit uses UIPageControl.
