PointerView
A transparent view reporting clicks and hover positions.

Overview
onClick(view, x, y, clickCount) and onHover(view, x, y) receive
top-left coordinates; hover reports nil coordinates when the pointer
leaves. Charts place one over their marks to hit test in Lua.
